Johnson’s Residence
At the Johnson’s residence, a 30-foot French drain system was installed to address excess surface water and improve drainage. The project involved excavating a trench approximately 18 inches deep and 12 inches wide along the affected area. A perforated pipe was laid at the base, surrounded by drainage gravel to promote water flow and filtration. The trench was then covered with landscape fabric and backfilled to restore the surface. This installation will redirect water away from the property, helping to prevent pooling and soil erosion.
